Terry Lanigan is the newest member of our team, and joined Myers Benefit Consulting in March of 2010. He has a long background in sales and customer service, having worked in agriculture, automotive and retail environments. He lives in High Prairie and is active in his community. Among his favourites are volunteering with the High Prairie Elks and coaching pond hockey. He is married with two boys, and enjoys spending time with his family at their lake lot. Winter finds him moving snow around the acreage, and snowshoeing for exercise. Jim Myers has a history of 23 years in the insurance industry. Having achieved his CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation in 2002, he has continued his quest to provide the best in customer service to his clients since forming Myers Benefit Consulting in 2001. He is married with two grown children and lives in Grande Prairie. Jim believes in giving back to the community and that contributing to the QEII Foundation, STARS Air Ambulance, and the Canadian Cancer Society fits well from both a business and personal perspective. Currently, he is President of the Wapiti Whitewater Kayakers Club and enjoys skiing and kayaking with his children, hiking with his wife, and spending time with friends and family. Christy Gillespie has worked in the insurance industry for five years and has a long history of providing excellent customer service. As she works towards her RPA (Retirement Plan Associate) designation her current and gained knowledge will help her support and advise our clients in her role as Client Service Representative. Christy was born and raised in the Peace Country and has lived in Grande Prairie with her husband since 1998. Christy enjoys reading, and spending time with her extended family.
